An Award Winning Community

Hamilton encourages the location and expansion of businesses by developing industrially zoned land. Currently, abut 200 acres of industrial land and 450,000 square feet of office space remain available for development including Hamilton Enterprise Park, University Commerce Park, and Vora Technology Park.

Hamilton Enterprise Park
Enterprise ParkAt approximately 265- acres, the Hamilton Enterprise Park is one of the largest industrial/office in the tri-state area (OH, KY, IN) region. In 2010, Sensus Flavors, a global leader and manufacturer of premium quality natural flavor ingredients, broke ground on an expansion to their existing 20,000 square foot facility in the park. This project involved the construction of a 30,000 square foot manufacturing addition at approximately $2.5 million. This expansion will add more jobs and allow Sensus to expand their research and design facilities and begin production of a new downstream packaging process.
